While we do not assume you will be dissatisfied, it is of course possible to return your ASH unused and in original packaging within 28 days. For more info see our returns page.

An ASH can burn various types of fuel, such as wood, charcoal, or briquettes.

All ASH products are available from stock and are shipped from our warehouse in Veendam (NL).

On weekdays, all orders placed before 9:00 p.m. will be handed over to one of our delivery partners (DPD or PostNL) the same day.

So in most cases, you can expect your new ASH at home as early as tomorrow!
