Maintenance of the Plancha:

Be sure to clean the plate after use with some oil and a spatula. Don’t let it sit away wet, but grease it if you don’t use it for a long time. This will prevent rusting and keep your griddle nice and ready to use. Has the plancha griddle started to rust a bit anyway? Don’t panic, you can easily remove it with a wire brush or the spatula.

Where do you ship your products from?

All ASH products are available from stock and are shipped from our warehouse in Veendam (NL).

When can I expect to receive my ASH at home?

On weekdays, all orders placed before 9:00 p.m. will be handed over to one of our delivery partners (DPD or PostNL) the same day.

So in most cases, you can expect your new ASH at home as early as tomorrow!
