While we would be very sorry if you wish to return your ASH, we will do everything we can to make your return process as optimal as possible.
Return Policy
We have a return period of 28 days. Up to and including 28 days after your purchase, we can issue a refund. You can register your return and/or exchange for another product using the form below:
Refund
We expect to receive the product back in its original condition and in its original packaging, you are responsible for purchasing the return label. Once your return is received in good order we will transfer the purchase amount back to you within 14 days. We will keep you informed by sending an email at the time of refund.
