Operation

The ASH PelletHeater Capri is surprisingly easy to use:

Fill the reservoir with wood pellets (preferably 100% softwood).
Light the pellets with a firelighter or gas burner.
Thanks to EcoFlame™ Pellet Optimization, each pellet burns efficiently, with minimal smoke or odor.
Then enjoy a beautiful, dancing flame and pleasant heat for 2 to 3 hours.

When the firing cycle is complete, the AshSafe™ Residue Chamber automatically collects the small amount of residual ash for effortless cleaning.

What fuel does my ASH work best on?

An ASH can burn various types of fuel, such as wood, charcoal, or briquettes.

Where do you ship your products from?

All ASH products are available from stock and are shipped from our warehouse in Veendam (NL).

When can I expect to receive my ASH at home?

On weekdays, all orders placed before 9:00 p.m. will be handed over to one of our delivery partners (DPD or PostNL) the same day.

So in most cases, you can expect your new ASH at home as early as tomorrow!
